2012 Chevrolet Code 130R Concept

 
Chevrolet has unveiled two concept coupe at the 2012 North American International Auto Show, Chevrolet Code 130R is the first and the second is the Chevrolet Tru 140S. introduction of both the coupe concept aimed at inspiring the next-generation buyers to take the wheel and suggest ideas for a car They can co-create.


"Chevrolet has always stood for making the aspirational attainable for all generations" said General Motors North America President Mark Reuss. "These two concepts interpret that vision for a new generation. We're seeking out our newest customers' opinions, listening to their advice, and engaging them in new ways."
 
Chevrolet 130R Code is the four-seat coupe with a simple upright profile. New paint all painted in red with a matte metallic gold anodized wheels, the Code 130R features heritage-inspired performance and rear-wheel drive. With an aggressive front fascia, fender flares Chevrolet, straight sides and crossflag Chevy emblem, 130R code to link to legacy performance of Chevrolet. Designers 130R code contained turbocharged engine to be tuned to work closely with eAssist technology. By turning off the machine at the bus stop, the braking energy recapture, and smoothed torque during acceleration, the concept of automotive electrical needs for the next level and balancing the turbocharged performance with fuel.

Tru 140S Chevrolet, Chevrolet is the second concept is a front-wheel-drive, "affordable exotic" four-seat sporty coupe. Three-door hatchback is designed to be attractive-yet-affordable sports car. Shown in the all-new white matte chrome wheels with Chevy emblem featuring performance crossflag, Tru 140S is designed to look confident, exotic, expensive and fast. Tru 140S is based off the same platform as the Chevrolet Cruze and Chevrolet Volt electric vehicle breakthrough with an extended range. Tru 140S designers want to show the technology is usually found on more expensive cars, including direct injection and ignition stop-start technology-based, balance the internal combustion and electrification to provide high value and improve fuel economy.
